[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide capital improvement plan project management software for tracking project budgets and schedules, providing project based and cumulative department cash flow forecasts, providing a system for accepting, routing and approving administrative documents such as change orders, pay requests and request for information and allowing field personnel to remotely access and file documents and pictures.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 3, 2015.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
