(1) Vendor needs to provide rebranding, marketing research and website development consulting services for brand clarification and development, competitive positioning, brand communications planning and brand engagement, develop research questions and objectives, conduct a marketing and perception research study, conduct a branding assessment workshop, develop a brand promise statement, then test that statement, develop creative concepts and graphic identity, including a tagline, develop short and long-term brand communication plans and redevelop the college website and implement.
