[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vibration continuous monitoring protection systems that have configuration, programming, and verification of vibration equipment on five centrifuges, this work shall include loop checks, commissioning, summary report and as-built of equipment, centrifuges shall be adequately protected by the system all alarms and interlocks function properly, onsite commissioning of monitoring racks, hardware and software configurations, verify alarm levels and loop checks to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on March 7, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 9, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
