[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mailing and printing services for inter-office courier service, presort mail, production mail, first class mail, third-class mail, certified mail, express delivery service with the following providers: federal express, processing of electronically transferred communications for mail distribution, folding and inserting services on an as needed basis to the Government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on March 16, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
