[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide agenda management software that have allows for flexibility in workflow processes, ability to generate an agenda document, separate from
the meeting packet, ability to import and export native file formats, ability to archive meeting packet, ability to designate any data field as mandatory, user-friendly intuitive interface and navigation, ability for users to make annotations on their own meeting packet, ability to e
-mail agenda items separately, ability to retain notes made by users, online instructional videos, ability to restore deleted items, capability to automatically assign numbers to ordinances and resolutions.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 29, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
