(1) Vendor needs to provide an inclusive customer centric “one-stop-shop” mobile application services, where individuals can learn about and pay for multiple services.
- To allow users to consume state services and conduct business, via transactions.
- Secured access to individual customer account data, common digital identity with authentication, search capability, push notifications, payment processing, shopping cart capability, reusable components, reporting and analytics, technology support, availability for use across multiple hardware devices.
- The application must offer both iOS and Android applications.
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on June 7, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
