[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate correctional healthcare services include medical services, dental services including emergency dental care, urgent dental care, ongoing, routine dental care, dental prosthetics and out-patient specialty service, Pharmaceutical services including the purchasing, stocking, packaging, delivering, dispensing, and monitoring of prescribed medications, including over the counter medications, mental health services and administration of third-party services excluding any claims to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Diagnostic Services include lab draws and specimen collections, X-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, MRAs, vision testing, and hearing testing.
(2) A Mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 19, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
