- Create a plan with broad based stakeholder and community support.
- Identify the community’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Identify a vision and supportive goals and specific strategies.
- Prepare a targeted industry cluster analysis with initiatives.
- Prepare a strategic plan to identify focus areas, marketing and branding, organizational framework, business development initiatives, education and talent initiatives.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
