(1) Vendor needs to provide welfare check system to
Ability to support multiple phone lines.
Ability for the citizen to manage and update their own call schedule over the phone.
Ability for the citizen to call into the system and indicate they are OK.
Ability to suspend check-in calls if the citizen is on vacation or away for an extended period.
Ability to send alerts to the citizens emergency contacts when check-in is unsuccessful.
Ability to use personalized voice recordings
Ability for the citizen to manage and update their own profile via internet.
Able to provide all of the needed hardware and software required to implement the solution.
(2) A contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
