- Provide an automated system for inventory management, warehousing, telemarketing, and instant ticket delivery that is effective, efficient, and is updated on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Provide an effective process for predicting inventory needs to ensure retailers have sufficient product to sell, soliciting orders to maximize ticket sales, handle inbound and outbound calls, and automated orders for targeted games.
- Ability to monitor all functions and produce reports in a user-friendly, intuitive, real-time environment.
