[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide welfare check system for the citizen to manage and update their own call schedule over the phone, to support multiple phone lines, to call into the system and indicate they are OK, to suspend check-in calls if the citizen is on vacation or away for an extended period, to use personalized voice recordings, to manage and update their own profile via internet and all of the needed hardware and software required to implement the solution.
(2) A contract term will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
