[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide education learning program services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- A programmed text is specially-designed for independent learning in basic skills.
- Student interact with a lesson constructing responses on each page of instruction.
- Students receive feedback all along the way.
- Requiring a balance between independent learning and instructional support from a learning manager.
- Ensure learning by including immediate feedback on a frame-by-frame.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
