(1) Vendor needs to provide nutrition assessment and education services to identify the special nutritional needs of ades division of developmental disabilities to embers who are long term care services eligible that reside at the division operated intermediate care facilities for the individuals with intellectual disabilities includes the design and implementation of specialized diets to meet needs of members with special dietary requirements in addition to educating members caregivers to promote healthy nutritional practices the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
