[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide yearbook printing services on an as needed basis including
- marketing assistance to the schools to advertising, direct mailing, assemblies, handouts, ordering kits/packets, posters, and web links for school website,
- yearbook publishing services to online creation software, training, yearbook development
materials and professional artwork development
- training in the preparation of the yearbook using the online program and all provided development
materials, layout, artwork, photos and page titles
- online creation software shall provide the functionality of other similar publishing software to easy
access to graphic packages, predesigned yearbook layouts, ability to upload various graphic and picture formats to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
