[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to online application for processing payments to reloadable payment cards for disbursement of payments via a reloadable payment card will be issued for small dollar disbursements to individuals providing services to the institution such as participant support in research studies, travel costs, meal reimbursements as well as additional potential for small dollar disbursement for conducting university business.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 2, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for four years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
