[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Payroll Services including
• Direct deposit of wages to bank accounts and/or prepare and distribute payroll checks
• Payroll tax administration including timely payments of all taxes due
• Quarterly 941 filings
• Year-end W-2s and W-3s
• Payroll data maintenance for federal, state and local withholding and tax deposits
• Payroll related record keeping for audits, inquiries and verifications
• Complete employment eligibility checks via E-Verify
• PTO leave tracking
• Maintain compliance with current or updated payroll tax laws
• Online report generation and viewing capability
• Online payroll submittal
• Online payroll and employment tax documents
• Garnishments/Withholding processing to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
