[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide medical director service for the residents of the state veterans’ home to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- The physician shall serve as primary medical director and shall be responsible for issuing all written, verbal and standing medical orders adopted and all other applicable resolutions, order, procedures and policies.
- Participate in arranging physician coverage for medical emergencies and in developing procedures for emergency treatment of the residents.
- Review and approve all resident care policies or propose modifications if it is necessary to ensure appropriate resident care at least every two years.
- Assist in developing and provide approval of all admission policies to ensure they permit adequate screening and selection of prospective admissions, based on medical, functional and psychosocial needs.
- Medical director shall provide consultation with the administrator, physicians, director of nursing and social worker in evaluating the home’s ability to meet the psychosocial, medical and physical need of the residents.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
