[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party event registration software and management service for ability to support and interface with multi platforms such as Windows and MAC IOS, easy usable interface for users to develop or design own website, process attendee registration payments, flexible online registration forms, event tools such as badge printing and self-service kiosks for automated checkin and registration, social media promotion tools, custom financial, registration, and survey data reporting and analysis, merchant accounts for processing credit card payments and to integrate with various payment gateways, ability to set up university subaccounts through vendor support mechanism, ability to receive account event funds bi-weekly or paper check paid directly to the event owner, ability for vendor to invoice event owner for payment of fees associated with events, allows customizable branded event registration events from single speaker to complex multi-day, multi-speaker or multi-track events and attendee management, event marketing and reporting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2018.
