[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vehicle communication and video system upgrade services includes public address system, passenger-to-operator intercom, cab-to-cab intercom, passenger information system, video surveillance, GPS receiver, train to train communications, vehicle wireless communication to wayside, event recorder, monitoring and diagnostic system, automatic vehicle locator, communications system master controller, automatic passenger counter and voice radio to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference and shop tour will be held on September 21, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be five years.
