[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide capital improvement program management program software for documentation of early project consultation and initiation, documentation and management of all project design and construction phases, pay application process, develop dashboards for all roles, develop all electronic forms needed to manage projects, collect and store all associated files for any project and create a process for electronic submittals.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 12, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
