[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services including paper goods and hand soap to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Provide services in such a manner that does not result in damage to facilities, grounds, landscaping, utilities, or structures.
- Provide a 24-hour telephone number or answering service for customer support at no additional cost to the state.
- Blood borne pathogen, communicable diseases, bio-hazard, and parasites cleaning.
- All carpet areas shall be vacuumed prior to being spot cleaned, dusting, floor-cleaning, floor-finish, floor-scrubbing and stripping, restroom, cleaning tasks and frequency, etc.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
