Vendor needs to provide emergency medicine physician services in the delivery of patient care to the indian health service to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ.
- medical and surgical duties and manage patient needs as described in the (pd), identified by the service unit and as directed by supervisor.
- The Contractor shall perform in accordance with the approved privileges through the credentialing process,
- The contractor shall abide by the gall up service unit medical and dental staff bylaws and rules and regulations.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
