[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services includes
- Using gathered research from current and previous town council strategic plans as well as other relevant town planning documents, develop a customized approach for the elected body to conduct a meaningful strategic leadership planning process in collaboration with the town manager and her executive leadership team.
- Educate the town council and executive staff on key strategic planning principles and provide highly effective, objective facilitation that will result in the identification of issues and priorities central to achievement of the community’s vision within the organization’s ability to achieve same.
- Create a draft of the strategic leadership plan that captures the vision, goals, objectives, etc. of the town council from the planning process that will serve as a blueprint for the town manager and her staff.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
