[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate communication systems to inmate phone services within one hour of booking and throughout their incarceration periods, include electronic monitoring of inmate telephone calls and monitoring of any other available services such as inmate email or voice mail, service must provide advanced features in the areas of data mining technology, GPS technology, word recognition, and word/phrase search capabilities, a solution to accommodate inmates or called parties who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or have difficulty speaking, secure, accurate and easy retrieval, formatting and transfer of inmate recordings to approved parties such as the courts, the art voice recognition or other biometric inmate verification upon enrollment and for each call attempt, secure storage (with back-up storage) of historical call data and voice recordings, includes on-site technicians available for dispatch at all hours, software upgrades and a 24/7 technical support help desk.
(2) A mandatory orientation meeting will be held on October 16, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
