[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call its design and operations support services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- ITS Communications design, Design of CCTV camera deployments, Design of detection system deployment, Dynamic message sign foundation and deployment design, Environmental, utility and right-of-way clearance support, Development of design concept report, TMC expansion concept and design, Design connected vehicle systems, System engineering studies, Evaluate the proposed system and consider low-cost alternatives and other cost-effective options, Cost-Benefit Studies, Life-Cycle Analyses, Cost Estimates, Before-and-After Studies, ITS Specifications Development.
- Preparation of concept of operations, Integrated Corridor Management, Active Traffic Management, Traffic Management Center operational support, Evaluate operations and maintenance requirements (personnel, skills, equipment, cost, etc.). Prepare documentation (hardware, software, as built, operator manual, etc.), Systems operations training.
- Assist in operations performance measures development, Analyze data and develop reports, Assist in meeting facilitation, Support and develop inter-jurisdictional and public-private partnership expansion strategies to improve regional traffic management, Assist in preparation of inter-governmental agreements (IGA) for multi-agency operations.
- Review as-built plans, design documents, and assist staff, as required.
- Provide on-site presence to ensure that all necessary technical, engineering, and management disciplines are available.
- Observe, evaluate, and monitor contractor activities throughout the installation of the equipment.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.
