(1) Vendor needs to provide fare strategy consulting services for identify goals and objectives and compare them to workplan and financial management policies, review on-board passenger surveys, including passenger interviews, identify potential ridership generators and up-and-coming trends as related to evaluating fare strategies, identify possible strategies and develop feasible alternatives and fare media.
