[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide closed landfill gas monitoring, system maintenance and operations consultant services for maintenance for the collection and destruction system, engineers and technicians knowledgeable in landfill gas monitoring and collection systems, monitor landfill surface for landfill gas and semi-annual reporting, greenhouse gas reporting, monthly operating report, and other reporting to meet the permit or agency compliance reporting requirements to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 25, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than November 1, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
