Government authority located in Mesa, Arizona, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for management services for ranch golf course.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide management services for staffing and managing golf-course personnel including pro-shop staff, course marshals, golf instructors, and staff to support driving-range and golf-cart operations, management of the golf course driving range, facility improvement plan to address capital improvements to the facility to include the restaurant, golf shop, cart barn halfway house and golf course as required to achieve the desired result of improving the facility for the enjoyment of patrons, improve the financial performance of the facility allowing reinvestment of capital into the facility for future improvements that will grow the customer base, customer satisfaction and customer utilization of the facility to the government authority located in Mesa, AZ.
(2) A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on November 27, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
