Vendor needs to provide asset management and inventory management system.
- Ability to create asset inventories and track asset attributes
- Ability to assign assets to an employee
- Ability to create a list of assets or kits that can be used to assign assets in bulk
- Ability to search for an asset by asset name, location, barcode, owner, category, creation date and date modified
- Ability to partition assets for multiple departments use
- Access to view or edit data will be controlled by permission levels that are managed by an administrator
- Application must have the capability to integrate with Active Directory for single sign on
- Ability to track purchase information including; purchase date, price, vendor, manufacturer, model, warranty, etc.
- Ability to attach photos of the asset
- Assets contain performance curves to track asset condition and useful life
- Ability to track and edit each asset’s unique attributes
- Provide asset parent-child relationships, as well as the ability to attach components to an asset
- Ability to track and report on hazardous materials and have access to supporting documentation
- Ability to extract asset information based on accounting codes for billing and inquiry purposes
- Mobile capabilities to track and manage assets
- Have robust, out-of-the-box reporting
- Ability to create custom and ad-hoc reports with user friendly tools
- Ability to export data to Excel.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
