[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services for reports, magazines, Newsletters, cards, Posters, Brochures, special events, flyers, water bill inserts, signage, folders, billboard art, online and web based banners, logo development and publication and digital advertisements on an as needed basis.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on April 21, 2016.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
