Government Authority located in Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for after-hours telephone answering services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours telephone answering services during Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM and twenty-four hours per day on Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays.
(2) Historically, the government agency has received between six (6) and fifteen (15) calls on weeknights between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM, with a proportional increase during weekends and holidays.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
