[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide terminal retail concessions services include reading materials, sundries, high tech electronics, travel accessories, pre-packaged snacks and bottled canned non-alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, gifts and other miscellaneous merchandise a variety of quality merchandise, including national brand names and local regional concepts, merchandise with preprinted prices, magazines, newspapers, packaged candy, must be sold at the preprinted price and not marked-up, the successful offeror is encouraged to use the latest technology to provide quick and efficient customer service, the successful offeror must keep up with retail trends and change merchandise to reflect customer needs and preferences, all changes however must have the prior written approval, no cooking or food preparation will be allowed in the retail locations to the government authority located in Mesa, Arizona.
(2) A pre-submittal meeting will be held on February 13, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in written no later than February 26, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
