[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide child nutrition programs services for the management of the food services staff, including training and development; quality and control, extensive operational and technical support and financial management of the program to the government authority located in Gilbert, AZ.
- The agency employs 60 persons and provides food service to approximately 12,600 children at 13 sites, including 15 schools, vended meals.
- The food service prepares approximately 770,000 meals annually.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2019.
(3) A pre-offer conference will be held on February 6, 2019.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
