[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit signal priority with real time tracking system to Implementation of the System will aid in more efficient operation of the traffic signals, reduce delays to the streetcar vehicle and minimize impacts to vehicular and pedestrian flows through the streetcar corridor.
- The System shall provide presence detection information of each streetcar vehicle directly via the traffic signal cabinet.
- The System shall prioritize requests based on vehicle location, heading and battery State-of-Charge
- The System shall have the capability of defining virtual software-based detection zones along the streetcar alignment.
- The System shall continuously track the location of the streetcar vehicle using GPS technology and display the information in real-time on a map-based display
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 15, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
