[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed IT services including, but not limited to: server management, network management, desktop or laptop management, email management, network support and network monitoring, vendor may offer management of application services, platform services, or infrastructure services, managed IT services may consist of on-call break and fix services, defined maintenance services or monitoring services, Additional service provided may include, but not be limited to: incident and problem management; system administration; patch management, enhanced monitoring and service management to the government authority located in Kingman, AZ.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 13, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 21, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
