[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet management system for validation review of current fleet environment and expectations, outline governance model, standards and strategy to support and maintain, asset life cycle management, manage inventory parts, secure data transmission utilities, audit trail and tracking of change request for asset disposal, ability to view data editor, date time and what changed, easily determine and track true inventory/cost of fleet assets, data attributes to allow assets and inventory to be associated to an oracle program or project, monitor idling to reduce gas usage, easy to use intuitive interface, work quickly and easily in shop, either on desktop computers, laptops, or mobile devices, enable accurate budget projections for future fleet replacement, ability to import electric charging invoices, and track electric charging usage and costs in the same manner as gas fuel, ability to report on trends like number of parts, how many filters were used in a time period per asset.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 19, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
