[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide signature event consultant services will, after analysing regional event offerings and local event capacity, identify at least five potential “signature event” concepts to promote tourism and further establish as an exciting community in which to live, work and play, also be asked to include other signature events in the state or regionally that are nationally known, when they occur, how many years in existence, and other pertinent information to determine competition in the area for such events, recommendation of the consultant shall also include a profile analysis and forecast of the market, including an overview of event customers and their travel and leisure needs and wants, utilizing previous studies (if available) and/or industry standards, consultant will forecast the projected income and expenses of the proposed signature event for a period of 5 years for each of the study areas to the government authority located in Peoria, AZ.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
