[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide printing and scanning services for the engineering department’s construction drawings and documents.
- Scanning Services of scanning resolution of 300 DPI with top of drawing scanned in first in PDF file format, Scanned images shall be burned onto a vendor provided CD or copied to a thumb drive provided by the city engineering department.
- Digital Bond Copies to standard plan sizes are 24”x36” (full size), 12”x18” (half size), and occasionally 11”x17”. typical number of sheets per set varies from 15 to 500 sheets with quantities of 6 to 18 sets of each, sets shall be printed on 20-pound bond: collated, stapled, and full-size 24” x 36” sets shall be individually rolled.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
