Government Authority located in Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for electronic student health information system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-going support for an electronic student health information system utilize CHIP, Power Schools and other various software systems, integration of all systems is critical. The fully automated system must be available for employees to access via Internet browser and provide at minimum the functionalities listed below. These functionalities are not meant to limit or restrict any software or system, but rather help the offeror understand the District’s current needs.
1. Conversion between new system and CHIP
2. Data Integration between new system and POWERSCHOOLS
3. Onsite implementation representative during set up and implementation phases
4. Provides ongoing support after implementation through help desk, live chats, emails, specific assigned company representative via telephone
- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to integrate with the PowerSchool SIS or Ability to transfer data using SFTP
• Ability to display a Student’s Picture while viewing student demographic information
• Ability to import data daily from the SIS
• Provides Web Access
• Ability to support the most popular and widely used web browsers (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge, Safari)
• Provide a responsive web design that can work on multiple devices
• Ability to support mobile devices / tablet devices or laptops
• User Interface for your system is Intuitive
• Ability to import health records from a legacy Microsoft Access database
• Conforms to HIPPA and FERPA requirements
• Proposer must provide extensive documentation regarding the practices and industry standards used to protect data confidentiality
• Ensurance that the data shared with your system belongs to DVUSD and may only be used by DVUSD
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
