[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide entry level examination and assessment services to provide off the shelf or customized entry level examination and tests which assess the apparent knowledge, skills, abilities, and other attributes that are critical to adequate job performance and which might be measured by tests to the government authority located in Arizona.
- Examinations, whether written paper or online electronic, that assess candidates against the knowledge, skills or abilities required at entry for a law enforcement officer mathematic ability, estimation ability, graphic comprehension, association memory, selective attention, attention to detail, reading comprehension, problem solving, etc.
- Option for with a multi-media component, for testing of entry-level applicants
- An off-the-shelf testing option or if not feasible, a customized examination
- Option for off-site vendor completed test scoring, within one week of completion of test session, and which may involve shipping of test booklets to the vendor for vendor scoring with the return of scoring results via a reporting mechanism
- Options for Office human resources personnel to complete test scoring and impact analysis of examinations without vendor assistance
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 1, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
