[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide arbitrage rebate and tax compliance services to review and format data supplied by the issuer or other holder of the funds subject to rebate include identifying and separately accounting for all “gross proceeds” of the bond issue including those required allocation analyses due to “transferred proceeds” and/or “commingled funds” circumstances, calculation of arbitrage earnings on investment of funds subject to rebate and determination of the issuer’s net rebate and/or penalty liability, preparation of an easy-to-read rebate report for the issuer, setting out computations, assumptions and appropriate instructions about when and how to rebate any required amounts, recommendations for changes in record-keeping and investment policies, consultation with bond counsel to address post-issuance “taxability” problems, consultation with issuer staff regarding arbitrage-related matters, including face-to-face explanations of rebate analyses, maintenance of past reports and data for future references and supply the district with all other reports deemed necessary and provided for other like clients to the government authority located in Chandler, AZ.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 30, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
