[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide postsecondary educational training services for individuals that have completed high school or received their high school equivalency certificate to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Apprenticeship: It allows the student to explore essential workplace skills, strengthen academic and technical skills, explore careers in the trades, and enter formal apprenticeship training at completion of secondary, postsecondary or other recognized education program including vocational training
- Career Vocational Assessment: These tests identify and articulate any unique interests, personality, values, and skills to determine suitability with a certain career and the assessments assist in determining job-specific, transferable, and self-management skills and provide the opportunity to discover the tasks, experience, education and training in seeking a career path
- Career Lectures: These lectures are typically informative and motivational, and provide recommendations for additional career exploration activities
- Career Student Organization: They are vocational organizations primarily based in high schools and career technology centres
- Internship: An internship is an opportunity to develop specific job-related skills before being qualified for an actual job
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
