[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web replacement tool for ability to comprehensively review a single entity, customized CNP information and claiming system, assist with the modification and implementation effort, assist the customer in maximizing exceptional program operations
by providing enhanced tools to access to detailed program data, review local agency participation data, monitor entities for program growth opportunities and for compliance measures, internal communication log for each entity, allows both automatic and initiated reminders to an entity for various claim related issues, allows for the posting and editing of general announcements and instruction by personnel, ability to record history of transactions that take place within system with a view of a history log for internal staff, retrieve data from applications and collect data from the entity, maintain a history of each application submission and revision, application area shall have a requirement to fill out a customizable application annually at a minimum, according to program requirements with the ability to submit revisions, allow for manual override, allow for the sending of e-mail notifications, ability to enter data to calculate appropriate fiscal action with edit check secondary approver function and ability to send data to claiming area of new system, ability to upload claim data from external entity’s point of service system and customizing the formula for account receivable recoveries, reimbursement rates, and applicable program area changes that would affect amount of claim reimbursement.
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on May 8, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
