(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and printing services; vendor shall be a qualified newspaper
A qualified newspaper is one that:
- Is published within the county from a known office of publication;
- Bears dates of issue and is numbered consecutively;
- Is regularly issued for the dissemination of news of a general and public character at stated short intervals of time (daily, weekly, etc.);
(4) Is not designed primarily for advertising, free circulation or circulation at nominal rates

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
