[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio system upgrade services for three building at the convention center located to the government authority located in Mesa, AZ.
• Replace missing, broken or failing microphone input plates and cabling.
• Replace manual audio patch bays with an electronic version consisting of new Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) with rack-mounted touch-panels for controlling the new audio systems
• Replace existing in-ceiling loudspeakers, cabling and rack-mounted power amplifiers
• Simplify the audio patching and room combining process
• Provide a quality voice reinforcement system in each of the three buildings
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2019.
