[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security and access control services to deploy a citywide enterprise access control system and intrusion detection system with integration of the existing video surveillance, recording system, existing Stentofon, AiPhone intercom and door access units, to bring the current security systems up to industry standards to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- This includes replacing all wiring from panels to readers or keypads, replace all access control and intrusion detection hardware, replace all access control software, and allow interactive remote access by utilizing the city’s existing network infrastructure.
- The new security systems will allow for the city to expand its access control system to utilize: biometrics, integrate the existing CCTV, access control and intrusion detection into an integrated map, allow for constant backup between the primary server and the redundant server.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 6, 2019.
(3) A mandatory pre‐proposal and site meeting will be held on May 23, 2019.
(4) Contract term will be three years.
