[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile point of sale devices to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
- Provide a portable, handheld device that can accept all forms of payment including EMV chip technology and print receipts
- Able to be scaled up or down based on different time periods when the number of special events held on campus fluctuates
- Ability to view real-time data
- Ability to see parking inventory and transactions in real time via a dashboard or some variation
- Provide a reporting system that allows for end-of-shift reconciliation
- Ability to scan barcodes to perform validity checks.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
