[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide consumer claims administrator services for work in connection with the distribution of the restitution funds to eligible consumers, to obtain data on consumers who meet the definition of an eligible consumer, identifies eligible consumers, their contact information, and information about the claims process, claim package shall go to multiple eligible consumers for the same vehicle with the same address, but if there are eligible consumers for the same vehicle with different addresses, the eligible consumers at each address shall each get a separate Claim to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
