[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COBRA administrative services.
¬ COBRA enrollees will have the option to make COBRA payments by check or debit/credit card.
- Proposals should be for full life-cycle COBRA administration to include Initial Notification, Qualifying Event Notification, Premium Billing and Collection, Termination Notices, Monthly Premium Disbursement, and Eligibility Reporting and Management.
- Identify a conversion team to work with City staff and City vendors to identify information needed, file formatting, communication to current COBRA enrollees, and an acceptable transition or implementation timeline.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than June 24, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
