(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology services of staff augmentation to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
- Enterprise Applications Services responsibilities include Student Administration – Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Student Recruiting – Slate, Human Resources/Payroll – Oracle’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, Enterprise Learning Management – Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management, Applicant Tracking – SABA, Financials – The Kuali Foundation’s Kuali Financials’ System (KFS) application, Research Administration – The Kuali Foundation’s Kuali Coeous (KC) application, Space Management and Administration - Archibus, Internal Financial Management/Billing – Pinnacle, Customer Relationship Management - Salesforce, Call Management/Help Desk Software - Cherwell, Enterprise Instructional Services – Desire 2 Learn and Panopto, Turning Point, Cloud infrastructure – AWS, Azure, Work Flow / Project Management - JIRA and Utility App.
- Staffing is to consist of the following UA functional staff and UA technical staff.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
